Old Warrior got the idea from the Museum (which is closed) and from the fact that the new tip of the day feature seems to work fairly well.  Many of these quests will refer to another section of the Stronghold for more details.  Here is a link to a table frequently mentioned above:  New Adventures, by Kestrelstart.  To see some of the above quests as single formatted web pages, and/or in complete form, see the Custom Quests page.
